Care must be observed by the customer to responsibly handle the product purchased by planting in a timely manner, in an appropriate location and in the correct climate zone. McFayden can not accept responsibility for unsuccessful outcomes due to adverse weather and soil conditions, the absence of care from the gardener or product not surviving through the winter.

If concerns arise with your 2011 order and the product you receive, let us know prior to August 31st of the current growing year so that replacement product can be supplied (if in season) or refund your money. Note, you may be requested to return unsatisfactory items.
